In this case, we were able to inspect the installations on-site allowing us to immediately put theory into practice. A technical explanation of how to adjust a burner becomes much more 'real' if you can show an example used on the job. Service engineers, in particular, benefit from the course by picking up concrete ideas about energy waste.
